What does RentMePM look for in an application?
We look at several areas in the application process.
Any of the following may disqualify you!
- Pet Policy*: No pets permitted! (*Does not apply to verified approved service animals.)
- Application Fee: Any application submitted without the proper amount of the application fee will not be considered.
- Source of Income: unsteady work or lack of time on the job.
- Income Minimum Requirement: varies on location.
- Credit Background: is handled on a per-application basis.
- Resident History: unstable residential history.
- Eviction Filings: More than 3 yrs old: handled on a per-application basis. (Evictions not reported on the application will be dismissed)
- Criminal Filings: any criminal filings we deem not suitable.
